We begin with detailed assessment and movement testing to understand how your body works, where it compensates, and what’s limiting progress. From there, we build a practical plan using corrective exercise, applied movement, and education. You’ll learn how to move confidently through single and multi-plane patterns, match exercises to everyday activity, and adjust or progress them independently.

Along the way, we look at anatomy and biomechanics in ways that make sense. You’ll learn to recognise early signs of imbalance and make the right adjustments before they turn into setbacks. Recovery isn’t something that happens to you; it’s something you learn to manage.
